A little boring, but important. Here’s everything you need to know about ordering from Surreal.Era.
Fine art prints are professionally produced and shipped through WHCC. Apparel and select merchandise may be produced and fulfilled through third-party print-on-demand partners such as Tapstitch.
Because different products may be fulfilled by different partners, orders containing multiple product types may arrive in separate packages. Tracking information and delivery dates may vary by item.
Shipping times vary depending on the product, destination, and fulfillment provider. Tracking information will be emailed when available.
Surreal.Era is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs, or incorrect shipping information entered at checkout.
International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
fullfillment & shipping
Because most Surreal.Era products are made or printed specifically for each order, all sales are final.
Returns or exchanges are not accepted for:
buyer’s remorse
ordering the wrong size
incorrect shipping information
slight color differences between screens and printed products
If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact hello@andreatstudio.com within 7 days of delivery.
Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so I can help make it right.

print & color disclaimer
Colors may appear slightly different in person due to screen settings, monitor calibration, lighting, paper type, and the printing process.
Cropping may also vary slightly between print sizes depending on the original artwork ratio.
apparel disclaimer
Apparel sizing, color, and fit may vary slightly depending on the garment manufacturer and fulfillment partner.
Please review the size chart provided on each product page before ordering.
Because apparel is printed to order, size exchanges are generally not accepted unless the item arrives defective or incorrect.

When you place an order, submit a contact form, or join the mailing list, Surreal.Era may collect information such as your name, email address, shipping address, and order details.
